MODISA MOSALAOSI received the Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering and the M.Sc. (Eng.) and Ph.D. degrees in electronic engineering from the University of KwaZulu-Natal (UKZN), Durban, South Africa, in 2009, 2015, and 2017, respectively. While at UKZN, he was responsible for the RF & Microwave Engineering laboratory where he built and tested antennas, filters and other microwave devices. He is currently a Senior Lecturer with the Botswana International University of Science and Technology (BIUST). At BIUST he has led the development and launch of Botswana's first satellite (BOTSAT-1) as the project Lead Engineer. His research interests include power line communication, RF and microwave propagation, Telecommunications, free space optics, and green power technologies. He is a member of IEEE-HKN Mu Eta Chapter.
